WJ2 Payment Methods — GCash, Maya and Instant Bank Transfers

Supported Payment Methods

All transactions are in Philippine pesos. WJ2 does not accept foreign currency or cryptocurrency. Every method below supports both deposit and withdrawal unless noted.

How to Deposit at WJ2

Depositing is a three-screen process on mobile. Log in, tap the wallet icon, select your preferred method, enter the amount in pesos, confirm — funds appear in your WJ2 account almost immediately for e-wallet options.

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for most methods; maximums vary — check the cashier screen
• GCash and Maya deposits arrive instantly; bank transfers may take 1–3 hours depending on the sending bank
• Your deposit account must be registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted
• No deposit fee is charged by WJ2; your bank or e-wallet provider may have its own fees

Withdrawal Expectations

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are the fastest route — once approved, funds typically land in your e-wallet within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers take longer depending on the receiving institution.

First-time withdrawals go through a KYC check before processing. After verification, subsequent cashouts follow the standard queue. Real-money balances (funds you deposited) are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

• Processing window: most withdrawals approved within 15 minutes to 1 hour
• Peak hours (Friday evening, weekend) may see slightly longer queues
• Withdrawal goes to the same method and account name used for your deposit
• Multiple pending withdrawals can be queued if your balance allows

Fees and Limits

WJ2 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout methods. If your e-wallet or bank charges an incoming transfer fee, that is outside WJ2's control. Daily and monthly limits apply per method — the cashier screen shows your current cap and remaining allowance.

• No fee from WJ2 on GCash, Maya, or InstaPay withdrawals

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Payments occasionally get stuck between your e-wallet and WJ2. Before contacting support, run through this checklist:

• GCash deposits: check your GCash app for a deduction — if deducted but WJ2 not credited, screenshot the GCash receipt and contact WJ2 support
• Withdrawal not received: confirm the wallet number in your WJ2 profile matches your active GCash number exactly
• Bank transfer delays: InstaPay can take up to 3 hours during high-volume periods — wait before escalating
• Account name mismatch: withdrawals to an account not matching your registered name will be rejected; update your profile details or use a matching wallet
• KYC pending: your withdrawal is on hold pending identity verification — submit your government-issued ID via the verification portal
